I have recently sold my Springs villa with the help of Amie, who is based in Springs Souk branch of Allsopp & Allsopp. Amie was fantastic through the whole process. We listed our unit, mainly out of curiosity to see what we can get for it, but then got cold feet and decided to take it off the market, even though we had a good offer for it. Fast forward one-two months, Amie had not forgotten about us and came back with some new potential buyers that were willing to pay more than the previous offer we had. The villa was sold within a few weeks. The agency did the heavy lifting with the admin, as I had to be in my home country for most of the time. I really enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
