My husband and I rented a property at Balqis (Palm Jumeriah crescent) through Magnus Dettmar. I think anyone who has dealt with Dubai real estate agents knows that 99.9% of them are vultures, liars, harassers & incompetent at the jobs. Magnus is the only agent we have ever dealt with (probably met with over 50 in Dubai) that possesses integrity, honesty, is straight forward & gets the job done. Magnus went above and beyond for our family and made our move possible with in less than a week of securing the property. Everything that comes out of his mouth is 100% honest which is extremely rare in this city especially in realestate. We have personally dealt with agents from Better Homes in the past and thought very little of them until we met Magnus. If you want to deal with a real estate agent who is actually competent at their job & is a straight shooter then Magnus is for you. There wasn’t a single thing too hard for him to do or a single request too big to ask of him. Morning or night he makes himself available to get the job done.
