He always try to Accomodate needs of Tenants and help them in every situation possible, We need a parking connecting bridge for a Wheelchair person in our home and Sumesh spoken to other tenants and managed to ask them to swap parking with us.Apart from excellent service by sumesh I must also mention his team member Glacy Pinto who is also helpful whenever we have any work.Thanks Team Better Homes for always be flexible and helping us.

My husband and I rented a property at Balqis (Palm Jumeriah crescent) through Magnus Dettmar. I think anyone who has dealt with Dubai real estate agents knows that 99.9% of them are vultures, liars, harassers & incompetent at the jobs. Magnus is the only agent we have ever dealt with (probably met with over 50 in Dubai) that possesses integrity, honesty, is straight forward & gets the job done. Magnus went above and beyond for our family and made our move possible with in less than a week of securing the property. Everything that comes out of his mouth is 100% honest which is extremely rare in this city especially in realestate. We have personally dealt with agents from Better Homes in the past and thought very little of them until we met Magnus. If you want to deal with a real estate agent who is actually competent at their job & is a straight shooter then Magnus is for you. There wasn’t a single thing too hard for him to do or a single request too big to ask of him. Morning or night he makes himself available to get the job done. My husband & I will only ever deal with Magnus in the future for all rentals / investments & purchases of properties in Dubai whether he continues with Better homes or another agency. If he was to ever leave Better homes my husband would personally hire him as our future portfolio manager. Betterhomes are the premier real estate agents in Dubai, and for good reason.Before COVID become an everyday word, my family had planned to move back to Australia. With that, we wanted to rent our apartment. So, we went with Betterhomes.As it goes, stayed in our apartment practically until we left. This meant that the property was being managed internationally. We were assigned Archieval Romulo and he was just exceptional. A great asset to Betterhomes. We met prior to leaving and he made the transition very smooth. Most importantly, the downtime between getting our great tenant was minimal. He assisted with all the aspects of international management and was available all the time. I rented an apartment in OST Tower 10, which is currently owned by Better Homes LLC, and it goes without saying that their management is the most responsive, taking care of their residents by addressing all of their worries concerning the transition of chores/ renewal process.Especially Team Jubby and Wilber, who assisted us in the transition from previous management to Better Homes. As tenants, we constantly try to be accommodating to any challenges. They took great care with this part.

Had a lovely experience with Maryam Davis. She was so polite and helpful. Maryam was able to find a nice house for me in Marina, but due to some constraints from landlord, i wasn’t able to get that house. Maryam kept trying and she put in a lot of effort in suggesting apartments. She is an expert in the Marina area and will go beyond to help you get an apartment.
