    Booking was made easy through Airbnb and the host, Blueground was very professional with clear instructions on arrival. The apartment was conveniently located in walking distance from the Metro and a short walk to the beach. In addition there are plenty of restaurants along the Marina walk and along JBR. If you prefer to cater at the apartment with a very well equipped kitchen- there are ample stores and supermarkets close by including a Waitrose supermarket.The view is magnificent from the balcony both during the day and night.There is access to the large pool open from 06:00 in the morning and children’s pool area, as well as a fully equipped gym.We felt very much at home here and highly recommend Blueground as a host.

    The apartment was exactly as it is showcased in the photos, the location was amazing, across the street is Dubai Hills Mall, the surroundings are great. The apartment had everything needed and the building amenities were great. Best thing is that you can access any location easily without traffic. The support on the app is very responsive. I requested a late checkout and they gladly extended my stay without additional charges. I am so in love with this apartment and the support of Blueground team. The service is amazing. Strongly recommend it. Thank you Blueground team for making my stay a beautiful one.

    Arrival and access to parking was stressful. Parking bay is extremely narrow. Our car had a couple of dents due to other car doors hitting it. Apartment is lovely and perfect for two people however it is not well insulated from the road noise, etc. Unfortunately the balcony isn’t much use as it is extremely dusty. It required mopping on a daily basis. Facilities in the building is very good and staff overall are helpful. They change staff quite often but they are very kind overall.

    We had an amazing stay at this apartment. It was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a stay. The building staff were very helpful. The building itself is modern, featuring several elevators. We particularly loved the location—it was just a 15-minute walk to the Trade Center, which was a key reason we chose this place. Overall, both the apartment and the building exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in this area.

    Final update:Once this was escalated, the management team worked wonderfully with the new tenants to arrange a new accommodation, and they have been super helpful to ensure that our accommodation is not disrupted. Thank you!——————————————Wanted to extend, emailed notifying them a week with no response. They were so late to respond, when they did they said I have to move out as someone booked. The guy that was helping me was on vacation despite me following up everyday no one else responded (its a common inbox for sales department) now I have to endure the moving costs. I dont recommend this company!---------------------Reply to response:I understand, hope he is well. However I didnt get have any visibility of him being out of office, there was no auto reply set up. And now as a result I am having to be forced out after I had confirmed multiple times via email that I approve the extension and was awaiting a link from him for payment. Obviously this is very inconvenient, I have already attempted to call 3 of the sales reps to resolve this but no one has returned my call. No one has been reaching out to help. The logical resolution would be to reassign the new booking as the people have not yet moved in and wont be doing so for another month. That would be the best case for everyone. Again, had your rep responded, or assigned it to someone else we wouldnt be in this situation.

    Our apartment was so well furnished and exactly as shown in pictures online. It was centrally located in Marina area and the view was AMAZING.     I had an apartment in Dubai creek Harbour. The apartment itself was nice and clean. Unfortunately the entry key stopped to work and Blueground needed a couple of days to deactivate my entry card. The concierges of the building helped me to enter the building. So just a Little Bit unconveniant in, but bearable. Gym and pool were absolute ok, nothing special but ok. I was happy to see that Blueground supplied the apartment with everything needed to live there for a couple of weeks. (Trash bags, dish washer and washing machine soap, towels, toilet paper, kitchen tissues.) over all it was a very good experience and I would recommend to book at Blueground.

    Exactly as described. The unit was very well maintained and the interior matched the photos exactly. The one washroom was very worn, but other than that, everything else seemed to be in good condition.We had a bit of a challenge checking in as the owner of the unit had not provided proof of mortgage payment to the building management company. This delayed check in by half a day and caused quite a bit of stress on our family. Blueground stayed in constant communication and did everything in their power to rectify the issue. They even had offered to provide alternative accommodation should this unit fall through. After the day of back and forth while waiting in the lobby, the issue was resolved and we were able to move in. From the time we moved in until the time we left, there were no issues with the unit or Blueground.We will 100% be contacting Blueground again if we plan another long term stay in Dubai.

    I stayed at Blueground apartment at Sanibel for 8 months this year. I needed a furnished apartment beforeRelocating to Dubai and blueground offered a solution. Overall, I would stay again and recommend blueground but there are obviously room for improvements (hence the reason for 4 star rating)1) check in day: our apartment was not clean and the cleaning team was finishing up while we were there. Have 1-2 days before each tenant. First impressions matter2) parking key cards: it was not working and it took seven days to get a new one. Make sure cards do work before each tenant moves inDuring our stay, we had 4-5 issues with the apartment and each time blueground team did their best to fix. There were times it took long but I think it is due to Dubai related where getting a handyman and fixing the problem are not easy sometimes…

    Our stay in the Blueground unit in Al Dhafrah 1 was very comfortable especially since we had a dog. The unit was well furnished and equipped. The only issue was the poor water drainage in the shower. The Blueground service was very fast and efficient and they were able to send technicians to repair any issues in the shortest time. Overall we had a great time in the apartment and would recommend it to others.

    Blueground gave me the option to choose a space that truly felt like home, providing all basic and important needs in a household and saving me lot of time during my move into the apartment.apartments are decorated very simply, neatly and nicely.all complaints throughout my one year stay (AC, lights, etc.) were directly solved with always an extra incentive to ensure i am happy and comfortable.only thing i struggled with was the cleaning of the house and the washing/drying machine (found it too expensive for what it was).would definitely move back into a blueground apartment again if in a country they operate in, and would most definitely recommend it!

Additionally, the apartment we got was at Orra Marina - it is exceptionally clean, has a beautiful interior design and Blueground team provides you with everything you might need in your new temporary home.     My husband and I needed a place to stay for three weeks while our own apartment was being renovated. I looked on Airbnb and just couldnt find ANYTHING that was even close to what we wanted, at least not at a reasonable price. I was getting desperate and at the last minute I found Blueground Apartments and immediately booked one in The Greens. It was perfect for what we wanted, and cheaper than Airbnb rentals despite being for a four week stay and despite the accommodation being even better than what we were able to find on Airbnb. The service was exemplary (special shoutout to Rafailia) and I would highly recommend Blueground to anyone. Id definitely use them again myself if we ever needed a place to stay in Dubai. Five stars.

    Overall I had a fantastic experience with these guys. The whole process was so effortless (all the way from booking to checkout) and the apartment was even nicer than the photos showed.     Above the smooth trouble free check-in I was overwhelmed by finding anything some one brand new to the place need, anything I thought of found it there in the studio, really so much appreciated.Also its a nice gesture from you to have the treat of the luxury dates box which I took it home as a sovereign and I replace it for a shaving kit holder put in the bath room.Just one minor thing if you could place a curtain in the window facing the kitchen will make the place more cosy and private coz its over looking the lifts areaElse you are a 7 stars accommodation providers
