    WOW!We had a wonderful experience renting with Holiday Boulevard for six months!The apartment was fantastic – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was convenient, and the Holiday Boulevard team was incredibly responsive and professional whenever we had a question or needed assistance.They made the entire process smooth and easy.Living here for half a year truly felt like being at home.The apartment quality and view are gorgeous!We highly recommend Holiday Boulevard for anyone looking for a quality rental and excellent service!

    Our long-term stay managed by Holiday Boulevard was exceptional! We rented one of their properties for an extended period and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the accommodation and the level of service provided. The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and efficient, ensuring our entire stay was hassle-free. The apartment itself was comfortable, well-located, and offered great value. It made our long stay very enjoyable. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Holiday Boulevard to anyone seeking a reliable and pleasant rental experience for a longer duration.

    The stay was good, place was clean. Location is excellent if you are driving. All Dubai attractions are a short drive away. All necessary items like fridge, toaster, washing machine, iron are available.Some things can be better. Firstly, there was a check of abount 30 mins by the property managers in which they took detailed pictures of the furniture from all angles, doors, glassware etc. This was to compare at the end of our stay. They also had me pay a security deposit in cash. In the end nothing happened, I got my deposit back, but the whole experience was quite intimidating. Other small items such as patio furniture being in bad condition, shower should have a curtain to prevent water splash.In summary, great place and highly recommended.

    Spent 1 month at Pantheon Boulevard in one of their 2 bedroom apartments. The apartment was really well equipped and maintained. The building their apartments are in is really well kept. Clean, corridors have a lovely fragrance and the security teams are the most polite and helpful I e ever come across. The location in JVC is very quiet. If you’re lucky enough to meet Negar from Holiday Boulevard you’ll realise how important your custom is to them she will make sure you have a great stay.

    I really enjoyed staying there. This place is incredibly beautiful and cozy. Very spacious and feels like home. The host is also very friendly, replies fast and informative.

    Great apartment, it was very convenient, clean and had everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Our host “Negar” is such an amazing person and I love how she always keeps in touch with us and also responds quickly in any case we might need some assistance. Wish I could stay for much longer.     Had pleasure working with Negar on the 1 month rent in Pantheon Building, JVC in January-February 2025. Negar is very customer-oriented person, helping us in every step of the process. Negar managed all questions we had with professional and timely (which is very rare for Region) manner and I am highly recommending working with Negar on the rental and buying opportunities in JVC and Dubai.Thank you, Negar, for providing excellent experience for my family journey in UAE!

    For 13.06.2023 - I had check out 1 week ago from apartment 2502 in Bloom Towers, JVC. The agent hasn’t still returned my deposit back and trying to find some reasons to reduce it. Every day the agent Negar sends me something like:- zip of the bed linen damaged- net on the window is weak- pouf skueaks- new small scratch has been found 🤷🏻‍♂️atc.And the apartment was not new actually. Now it looks like they are doing business holding the clients deposits. According to the agreement the deposit might be returned within 3 days - let’s see how does it go further.UPD for 14.06.2023:Today I got the massage from Negar - they are going to return me the deposit back today. Thanks to this company!
