I stayed in this apartment for a few days, and everything was great!)The place is clean, cozy, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The location is convenient, with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby.Svetlana was always available and responded quickly to any questions. An excellent option for a short-term rental!!!

We were absolutely thrilled with this apartment! The location is perfect – everything was within easy reach, from the beach to shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the view from the terrace – a true pleasure with our morning coffee. The host was kind, responsive, and always available to help. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!

Great place to stay in Dubai. Beautiful swimming pool with a great view of the buildings and Burji Khalifa. Very good contact with the owner. The shop is just around the corner with everything that U might need. Bus station is 1 min away. Highly recommend ☺️

I stayed with friends in an apartment in Dubai Marina. Everything was great – a new building, a clean apartment. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as the promenade. It’s just a 15-minute walk to the beach. The check-in process was quick, and the team was always in touch with us.

I love Business Bay, I already booked an apartment in another building, through the same company everything went perfectly, promptly and we checked in even earlier than planned.The apartment is spacious, the view of the tower is very beautiful, especially at night, by taxi 35 dirhams and on the kite beach, I recommend a super place! The only thing was that we waited a long time for hot water to come out of the tap, but it didn’t upset us much.

Stayed with my family in an apartment at Creek Vista Grande. The apartment is new, well equipped, located in a convenient location - just 7 minutes from Dubai Mall. Burj Khalifa can be seen from the window.The management company was always in touch and promptly resolved the issue with the Internet, which was a little messy.The only negative is that there is a construction site nearby. We were warned about this in advance, but we didn’t expect it to be so close.Overall everything was perfect, thank you! Well come back again, but only when the neighboring house is completed 😊

Very nice apartment, clean location, helpful staff, services available downstairs. Free access to the beaches, private parking downstairs, easy entry and exit, you will not regret renting it. Rating: 10/10

The apartment for rent at JVC was beautiful, the pool and gym were open until 10 p.m.The location was very good, with restaurants, a market, and lots of little things nearby.
