My husband and I have had an opportunity to work with Sumit in the last couple of months and I can say that I haven’t come across a real estate person so honest and patient to deal with. He has answers to almost all your questions and you can basically ask him anything from major to the silliest questions!We recently purchased a villa where he supported us end to end and it was such a smooth transaction. I keep receiving the phone calls and Whatsapp messages from Nosheen, one of their brokers enquiring either I want to rent or sell my property even though I have never contacted them. It is concerning that they are stealing the databases and having an access to somebodys personal information.***Updated to 5 starsThank you for a nice conversation, Bharat. As turned out that a real estate agent from Think Realty is introducing herself as an agent from Think Properties. A further complain is filed to RERA on unethical behavior for this lady who is using another agency name and damaging its reputation.
