Extensive delays from the developers side never put him off, he stayed engaged and on the case throughout. Five stars dont do the guys justice. Cannot recommend Jo and Robin enough, we owe them a lot.Were a British couple buying for the first time in the UAE (have been through a few buys/sales in the UK). We wanted an extra pair of hands first with finding the right mortgage and then throughout the sale. The Dubai property market can be confusing, complex and convoluted at times - it is totally different to the UK - and to have the eagle-eyed pair across everything really helped us sleep at night.Everything from Jo and Robin was excellent from start to finish. The guys are complete pros with explaining the processes clearly and simply for clients to understand. We, unfortunately, had a nightmare situation with agents and what shouldve been straightforward was all too often far too challenging for them to grasp - but J&R often went above and beyond for us to make sure issues were identified and resolved, even though they were not their mistakes to fix.In the UK, solicitors are the ones tasked with handling the sales. Here, you can DIY, but thats a huge responsibility even for those who consider themselves experienced buyers/sellers (me). It is worth every fil to use J&R and their services - they were always on the phone/email when we needed (even late at night) and came to important face-to-face meetings without asking.They acted with integrity and honesty on a daily basis, if only everyone adopted the same approach things would run a lot smoother.Thank you again, keep up the excellent work and if youve read this far ...
