    Although the building is old, but its very well maintained and super clean.Spacious beautiful offices and plenty of parking spaces, not to mention quiet and peaceful. The first 30 minutes of parking is free if youre visiting, and then theres a charge of AED 05 for every extra hour.Theres Emarat supermarket here if you need to grab a quick breakfast or coffee.

    I have been coming here for ages to attend the Toastmasters meetings. This building has a character. Love the indoor lush green forest that is carefully tended. It gives you a feeling of being in a garden and not a concrete building. Love the meandering stream, the gentle waterfall and most importantly the friendly huge koi fish that will even allow you to caress them. There is a very nice coffee shop inside that blends into the forest and is worth a visit. It is almost like an oasis in a desert.

    I have a client in this place thats why I got an opportunity to visit here. Its like a mini mall inside theres a fountain with a lots of beautiful big fish that caught my attention. Theres also a restaurant and cafe in this place. Lots of business offices here. Parking is not a problem too, you can park outside and u will only pay AED 2.00 from the parking meter or you can park your car inside emarat atrium vicinity however u will need to pay AED5.00

    Building has two blocks A & B. Parking is paid near the Adib, first 30 mint free and then 5 Aed per hour. . Ground floor have Bakaria there u can get food and coffee. If u r looking for rta parking that is also available under the bridge and road sides but under the bridge 4 aed per hour.If you r looking for full day parking Pathan parking is available on15 AED for whole day near the holiday inn hotel. One entrance is open from that side. Building have four entrenc doors, one from mean road side, 2 from adib bank side, 3rd from back side parking and 4th from holiday in and gulf news side. Parking fines r too quick and very common in this area.

    A little out of the way but well organised office building. I went for ADIB bank which is in the ground floor and in right side and also has a separate entrance. Work was done very fast. I am very happy.

You start your car 🚗 and in next 30 seconds you are on sheikh Zayed Road.Very well maintained & nice building near Dubai cannal, They have a small restaurant at the ground floor with economical options , travel agencies, + Emarat Store as well and they have food options as well.Best part is you dont need to visit the banks for cash or cheque deposits , they have big ADIB branch on the ground floor with a large number of staffs.Thanks
