The place is beautiful and overlooks the Burj Khalifa. I visited it because Im a Servcorp Al Khobar member, so Im allowed to spend 3 hours a day.I met Ms. Israa, who was professional and provided me with valuable information.Some offices overlook the Burj Khalifa, while others are indoors.Prices are 1,500 for a shared space.Offices start at 7,000 dirhams.

A wonderful stay, a beautiful place, and a luxurious, clean and ideal apartment. It is close to and overlooks the Burj Khalifa and the fountain. It is close to the Dubai Mall and you can go to it by walking through the private air-conditioned walkway from directly in front of the apartment entrance to the inside of the mall. In the same tower there are restaurants, a café and a market that has everything you need with delivery, and there are restaurants nearby on the Boulevard such as Al Hallab and Iranian.
