Just renewed my contract last month, our 4th yr now, Thanks to Mr. Saifi for his kind assistance. API maintains the residential bldg clean, safe, quiet & maintenance are good. Thanks too for the maintenance customer service. We miss the security guards before during our 1st & 2nd yr, very accomodating and always greet us with a smile. Hope the new ones do the same.
