I stay in one of their properties and have no regret in entering into a lease agreement with them. The property is well managed and their facilities management personnel are efficient, helpful and prompt. The lease management team are also helpful and accommodative. One area where there can be some improvement is the allocation of parking lots. Currently the same type of accommodation (parameters like bed room type/road facing etc.) are not allotted similar parking lots which makes you disappointed. Overall a great place to stay.
