I have only had positive experience from Al Basha management and specifically from Mr. Ahmed from the office. Assisted multiple times for deferred cheque deposits and getting the better price for our renewals. Overall very flexible for their existing tenants and our building is very well maintained and all maintenance issues are addressed on time. -
