It is nice place to live in a peaceful away from the city. It has market and sports club. It is located on Mohd Bin Zayed roadeasily connect to all four directions.

The only community in Dubai which all the villas have driver room and maid room. Swimming pool and Gym facilities is at handover stage. Still shopping centre not ready.

They delay long time for the plan,they have big plan but now they already change the plan because no money they cant finish. So the name should be falcon city,no wonders
