I have had a great experience with Falcon Premier and specifically Ms. Saima Khan. She is the perfect person to guide you through every step of the process specially for a person like me with zero real estate knowledge in Dubai she not only educated me but also guided and advised me to make the best possible choice. She always replies promptly never makes us wait. She is very professional and knowledgeable and has answers to all the questions and concerns that new buyers usually have. She takes personal interest with her clients to make them comfortable in their real estate experience which surely gave me enough confidence to trust her and follow her advices to make informed decisions. We had some issues with the bank and the developer but she was swift to sort out everything for us. As a first time investment in dubai i was very skeptical and had many questions regarding the whole buying process but Ms. Saima made it flawless for me and the experience as a first time investor in dubai was good.
