I can highly recommend this place! The owner offers a great deal and genuinely cares about cleanliness, order, and respectful living together. You truly feel like you’re at home and well taken care of. The beds are cozy, the kitchen is spacious and very clean. The location is excellent – very central, with beautiful views of the marina and the city. There are no hidden costs, and everything is just as described. A wonderful place to stay!

I really enjoyed staying here. Nice comfortable apartment, spacious, clean. Best land lord ever! Always there to help. We, girls, felt bad disturbing him so much, but Khaled was always nice, kind and polite with us 🤗Khaled is a very cool host. I really enjoyed living in this clean, spacious apartment. Honestly, its very hard to find such guys in Dubai. Always in touch, any whim, they fix everything quickly, help. They actually helped me transport my things and move from my old apartment 👍🏼 10 stars out of 5 possible.

Objectively one of the best offers in terms of price/quality ratio in the Marina! Having lived in Dubai for two years and seen quite a lot of rental housing, I can say that it is cozy, clean and super comfortable. Those who are looking for housing that can be called “home” are definitely here!
