I bought a unit in this project. I Love it. They used cuttingedge technologies to make our lives easier. The building itself is really nice. Spacious pool and nice jogging track. The units are well designed. Highly recommended if youre looking for nice property to rent or invest in Arjan.

I love this place. I visited one of my family members who lives there, and it was really beyond my expectations! She is very happy with everything there and we enjoyed the pool there and it was a remarkable experience. We felt like were in a 5-star hotel, not in a residential building! I wish if I can move to this building and live there in the near future.

I live in Joya Blanca for one year already. Great building, super helpful management, finishing is perfect. And they are pet friendly, which is amazing.Constructions around is a bit annoying, but it is what it is.

By far the best building in Arjan.The luxurious finishings of the flats, the amenities are 5star, loving the pool area, bbq and tennis court it’s available, and the workout in the gym is never boring as it has the best view.Absolutely love my balcony view as well!!!

The area is good, the building is beautiful, the studio is good… but Im so tired of this system of getting into the elevator! The app doesnt work! Each time we must stop at the G to say “please, I must go to the 3rd floor”… Isnt there a better system than this to maintain security?! Small tag for example?! Its ok, but this system is so bad.

I referred my client to green yard and we got a 1 bedroom there in joya blanca and i will never forget what i told him, i told my client if they keep 50 percent of what they promised in this project your property value would be great well after the handover and we got the keys already and i promise you this is by far the best quality and price point i saw in my life in dubais real estate market and the quality they delivered was out of this world, how on earth were they able to do deliver before time with this quality at that price point. dubai real estate market needs more developers like green yard. and special thanks to Sabry who was always there to help and answer all our concerns

I’ve couple of units with different developers like Damac, Azizi, Danube and Greenyard. After buying 2 units with Greenyard, I just wish I can sell all of my other units and invest more with this company. Why ? Because of the early handover, because of the luxury finishing, because of the helpful employees at the company especially Mr. Moustafa Bakry. Any issue you have, he’ll handle it immediately.
