When purchasing my property in Creek Harbour, my agent was Uzma. This process was a very stressful first time purchase for myself with a lot of questions, quires and worries from my half.Uzma dealt with them all in a very cool and professional manner and always found out the answers to anything I had to ask. I was a little unlucky with the 4% DLD fee that ended up being 4% off what DLD value the property at rather than 4% of what I paid for the property, but we got there in the end with the sale.Overall a good service with just a couple hi-cups along the way.
