After a series of bad or experiences with estate agents in the UAE over the past 10 years, meeting Jeff Masters felt like a small miracle. Its rare to find an estate agent (whether here or anywhere in the world) of such professionalism, integrity, helpfulness.... and sheer niceness.He really listened; he treated me as an individual, not just a business opportunity; he maintained contact throughout my entire 2.5-year tenancy, checking in to see that all was well; he supported me and argued my case when there were issues with the landlord; and finally, when I moved out, he was there with tips and advice to reduce the hassle of a highly stressful situation.I feel privileged to have been a client and honoured to recommend him to everyone else. From the viewing till the contract formalities, Jeff has been there every step of the way. Even now when we already have made the move in one of the apartments shown to us by Property Matters, he has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism and ethics are much respected and appreciated. The way Property Matters take care of their clients is phenomenal. We would like Property Matters to be our property agent for our next move as well!
