I believe Prypco is a smart and innovative way of investment in one of the fastest growing real estate market in the world i-e Dubai, enabling the low income people who wants to save for the future and invest in the real estate market of Dubai.It gives you a good return on your investment either in terms of Rent or Capital, Alhamdolillah I am getting a good return currently in the form of rental income, even having invested a very small amount.One thing I would like to mention and the reason Im giving four stars is the Charges that Prypco is charging (13% of the total amount invested) is a little high amount for the people who are having a low income, I would like to request the Prypco Management especially the Respectable Amira Sajwani (CEO/Founder) to consider this and reduce the Charges.Thank You for giving us the opportunity to even think about investment in Dubai Real Estate, it also gives an immense pleasure and proud.ANWAR ZEB KHANPROPERTY MANAGER
