    Invested in a few apartments with Smartcrowd, the team is very responsive and everything went smoothly. Returns do not usually match the projections but are aligned with the market.     I have been using using Smart crowd for almost an year now, I would say this is one of the best digital platforms I have used so far. The interface so user friendly where beginners and seasoned investors could navigate easily. The ease of transferring money from your bank account to the wallet is so simple that the investment is completed in matter of time. So far I havent experienced any burden of hidden charges as their policy is transparent and available in the app. A detailed technical report is provided with each property so that we could make decisions.     I have been using SmartCrowd for almost 1 year now and have to say that Im very happy with the result so far. The team are always keeping me updated with acquisition status and try to arrange solutions if was not successful for any reason. Still to see final results after 5 years on reselling the units I got. Great and easy mobile app user experience.The only down side Im having currently which was not like that earlier, is the credit card percentage charges. For some reason direct transfer only works for some banks now. Really hope to find solution for this soon as no one wants to lose more money in investments.

    This is property investment that is really simple and does not require huge funds to start. On top of great idea of fractional property investment the SmartCrowd is fully regulated, allowing me to feel much safer about my money (while it comes with some costs, I do believe it is worth it). The choice of properties is really good, with 2-3 new offerings every month, so you definitely will have something to choose from. Associated costs are acceptable, and frankly speaking I will rather let experts to deal with property rental, renovations, etc, instead of taking care of it myself. Support is extremely responsive, which added lots to my confidence to use the SmartCrowd. To add to this, the ability to exit early, or invest in property at the later stage through biannual Share Transfer Facility makes investment easier to enter and exit. As always there are small hiccups, but once you understand the internals and rules (e.g. that while amounts are displayed with 2 digits they are actually calculated with more - so sometimes what you see does not exactly matching math results - but the difference would be usually just 1 fills) the platform is still it is worth 5 stars.

    I have been with SmarCrowd for almost 3 months now. I made small investments in 6 properties. I also tried their competitor for the same period. Although this kind of business shouldn’t be judged quickly, I noticed SC promises higher returns but it seems that they are slower in competing funding and renting out the property after that. They also need to introduce more convenient wallet top up options e.g. credit card, Apple Pay, etc.

    I have been using the platform for about a year so far. Beside, as I am a sceptical person I have performed intensive research about the company and its services. No guarantees of course. But by experience I can tell that I see only positive things:- Dividends are coming as per schedule.- Customer service is improving nicely,response times have reduced significantly.- The company puts a lot of effort in notifyinginvestors about any progress in an extensivemanner.- Number of promotions are on the rise.- Number of investors are on the rise.- None of the properties selected in the lastyear has been underperforming indicatinggood selection process.- I dont see any commercials or paid ads. In myeyes that is a big plus indicating that thecompany does not have to use marketingtools (beside the promotions) to boost itsmarket presence.I invest every month a fix sum into every property they list. Of course there is no guarantee that the market will remain as rewarding as in the last few years. Good luck out there!
