Selling a Villa sitting at another country remotely(India) can be nerve-wracking, to say the least. But Apex Capital Real Estate was more than just a realtor. Before Apex I tried selling my villa via two other agents but failed and wasted four months. Luckily for me Thomas was there with constant support, always there for us. When engaging with the team, one can expect a top level of commitment, professionalism, on the very onset they ensure to fully understand the customer requirement, budget etc so to provide best of the bespoke solutions, including other add on expenses which one must incur, for customer to make an informed decision.Team members Mukta Sabharwal and Ameet Vaya are very knowledgeable and abreast with the real estate current affairs and trends, having strong relations with some of the big developers, fitout companies also assist the customer in getting the best deal if required.
