After looking at who we would do business with, Best Luxury Properties seemed like the best choice. Especially the total care, even after purchase, was very important to us. The first contact with Iss (and Guy) gave us confidence to work with BLP. Iss guided us well from the start and answered our countless questions as a novice real estate investor in Dubai without any problem. The expertise and experience with regard to, among other things, location are important, especially with a view to later rental. Iss listened carefully to our needs and made some proposals based on that, without any obligation. What is also nice is that we were not pushed or pressured to buy quickly and that we could simply take the time to think or calculate what would be the best choice for us. We are currently still in the purchasing phase via off-plan, but I assume that if we receive the same service when renting out, we could not have chosen a better partner. We heard a good story there and the quality and care in particular appealed to us enormously. The financial planning could have been a little better because after some puzzling we still had room to purchase a studio. BLP is regularly present at various locations to provide information about real estate in Dubai. This way you can also see your contact person face to face, which is nice. Information provision is excellent.Rozy Hama has a lot of knowledge about real estate in Dubai. She comes across as very calm and very competent. She gave me confidence to purchase an off-plan unit in Dubai. Without BLP and Rozy in particular I would not have dared to take this step. A first purchase in Dubai was really exciting for me.Rozy is a highly skilled professional. She is always ready for questions or to answer any uncertainties. So far I have the feeling of being guided from A to Z. Documents are completed for me in advance, so that I only have to check and supplement where necessary. The email exchange and the provision of information is also of a very high level.There is no 9-5 mentality at BLP and I have the feeling that I am always being spoken to.I also found the flexibility and thinking along with me very pleasant. As an example, I went to the developer on Friday evening to reserve a home. It all started with an exploratory conversation to find out whether investing in real estate in Dubai would be an interesting way to invest my savings. After an exploratory conversation, my interest only increased and I scheduled a Zoom call with 1 Rozy from BLP to discuss further details. After this conversation my choice was made: my savings that I collected as a 22-year-old would go to Dubai. All further communication between myself (buyer) and the contractor took place with BLP as an intermediary who can guide you 100% in your own language, Dutch in my case. Signing the deed went smoothly this way. To buy something about 7,000 km from home, it is not an unnecessary luxury to be able to call on a company like BLP. All news about the project that will be completed within 2.9 years is also provided to me by BLP. Even photos of the beginning of the construction that you can follow up on in this way. They also provide a portal where you as a customer can view your portfolio and find everything about your investment in detail.In addition to purchasing a property, BLP can also assist you in renting out your property. BLP has a very good portfolio of customers who are also screened very extensively. This way, as a landlord, you can be sure that your property is rented by a good tenant. Combined with their rental ratio of 103%, you can be sure that your property can be rented out all year round and that it will therefore yield maximum returns.Finally, as we say in Belgium, I would like to take my hat off to my contact person Rozy Hama, who guided me very well through this process.
