I recently bought a property in Al Furjan through Dacha and had the opportunity of working with Diane Dennison who stepped in as my original agent had a family emergency. To complicate matter my seller went on holiday for 3 weeks after signing the MOU without notifying anybody leaving me and the deal in limbo. Diane sheer perseverance and can do attitude finally enabled us to close the deal with the help of a sellers POA. Had it not been for Diane and her timely intervention and coordination we would not have managed to complete the deal and occupy the property within the timeframe we wanted.
