Encourages you to make the right decision.It is important to have up to 30% down payment ready to pay upfront. Along with a good credit score as well as the freedom to pay the instalments easily without stress.Do not invest if you are not financially ready. It’s better to wait than to put yourself under unnecessary financial stress.
