Moving to Dubai is overwhelming with all the options and areas not to mention swarm of estate agents that bombard you. When we met Hamid at engage we knew it was different, he listened, understood what we needed and didn’t try to sell us what was in his best interests but sought to find us something that was in our best interests. We spent a few days travelling around different areas of which Hamid was so knowledgeable about, he knew the local communities and also how long each one would take us to get to work! We got the perfect spot for our first year here and will stick with Hamid when moving again! He is so personable and you can feel that he genuinely wants the best for you, he went above and beyond to assist us with all the details being new in the city. We can’t recommend him and engage enough.

I strongly recommend Engaged Properties. In particular, Mr. Hamid must be a really competent agent. I had already rented a Dubai house through Mr. Hamid. At that time, I was very moved by his clear explanation and trust. And this time, I decided to sell my house in Abu Dhabi through Mr. Hamid. He didnt recommend me to sell the house as an agent, and he didnt spare any advice that I could wait a little longer as it will rise further by analyzing the market accurately. Moreover, my contract was not as easy as expected, and it was constantly delayed due to buyer issues and was on the verge of breaking the contract. I was really nervous. However, Mr. Hamid checked and updated me every day, and always found a way to be happy and presented it clearly. Moreover, he also hosted video meetings with overseas buyers to solve the problem very actively. I would never have solved all my real estate problems if it wasnt for Mr. Hamid. Im so grateful to him that I wanted to support him, so I wrote a review like this. Everything about real estate in Dubai... Best agent I met in Dubai. I lived in Abu Dhabi and moved to Dubai. The atmosphere of real estate is really different between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The market is so wide and changing so quickly. The help of a good agent is really important. Mr. Hamid is a competent agent. He not only explained to me very easily, but also helped me understand my needs and find a house that I really needed.
