After a terrible experience with my previous real estate agent at another company- where I was promised an Ejari but never received one meaning I didnt get paid my school housing allowance. This forced me to move out—John turned everything around in just a week. He found me the perfect apartment that met all my needs and guided me through the entire process seamlessly. Not only did he move quickly, but he also offered invaluable advice, consulting with his colleagues to help me handle my previous landlord, who was unfairly demanding AED 10,000 for early contract termination. My experience with Exclusive Links has been excellent. I was in a tight bind with a bad airbnb and Karen helped me arrange viewings and get into a monthly rental within our budget range in 1 day. Their customer service and attentiveness is a breath of fresh air in Dubai, as sometimes it feels very impersonal in such a big city. We are in a second unit now (by choice, for a longer stay) and the unit was so clean on arrival. Additionally, if there was a maintenance need here or the other place, their team arrived within the day and fixed it. A far cry from our awful airbnb experience that took days. So I highly recommend and a big thanks to Karen, Zabeel, and Neville.

Through knowing Zarah Evans personally we developed a relationship with Exclusive Links whilst living in Dubai and since moving to the UK we have come in touch with several of their representatives and in particular Fintan Flannelly. With property it doesn’t always go smoothly but Exclusive Links always try and find the best solution for their customers and do with effective communication along the way. We bought a property through Zarah back in 2007 in Jumeirah Village and whilst it took some years to complete she always rented this property out through their property management division and eventually we came to sell it just recently, again through Zarah. We have also rented another property with Zarah and the team at Old Town without any empty periods for over 12 years now.
