    Can’t recommend these guys enough. I recently made a property purchase and they made the process so easy for me as a first time buyer. Saleh was super attentive during the purchase process against the severely tight deadline we had. Nick was amazing also - he was the property manager for almost two years in my previous apartment - any time anything went wrong or needed fixing he would have it sorted straight away; no matter what time or day it was.     I bought my first property in Dubai with Exclusive links real estate brokers and it has been a real pleasure dealing with such broker.Mrs Annalize Diedericks have been very helpful, patient and available, always of good advice giving priority to find the right property for me at the right price, and not trying to sell me any property at any price.Once sale was concluded, Mr Saleh Maktabi from sales progression team helped me to finalize the transaction with the bank coordinating with my bank in a very professionnal way, meeting all the deadlines all the time. Even my transfer in DLD was super fast (less than an hour) as he made sure the file was pre-approved in DLD.5 stars for such team that made this transaction very smooth and fast.Highly recommended.

    Exclusive-Links Real Estate agents have been my favoured and only agents for about 2 decades.I dont live in Dubai so it is very important to me to have a agent I can trust..I fully Trust Exclusive - Links. It started with Trust in the founder Louise Heatley , and then spread to the rest of her team including Sarah, Paul Birley,Marie, James, Ali,Mohahmed & Rose and others. I especially liked when Rose would give me a brief history of a maintenance problem before asking my approval. Mr. James Walsh sold 2 properties for me in a satisfactory way and 2 more sales are in progress.Many others in the team have helped too.. i never had a problem with any team member. Recently through this agency I got connected to a crypto exchange Haven which I appreciate very much.Louise did a great podcast with Haven. Thank you Louise & Team.I wish to . bring this review upto date.Recently i was able to sell 4 properties in a short time. The properties had been looked after excellently by Exclusive-Link team for many years , but I was growing old ( 83 years old) and my children were not interested in taking over.So I asked the Sales team to sell them. Mr.James Walsh was very efficient and got good offers. Mr.Saleh Maktabi of Sales Progression did all the hard work of documentations and dealing with DLD and especially the arduous work of dealing with Mortgage issues with HSBC. That really required patience , cool headednessand persevearance. There were never ending obstacles.     5 stars from start to finish. I would personally like to commend Ms. Gvantsa Gagloshvili and Mr. Saleh Maktabi for their professionalism, it would already deserve the five starts. But on top of that, Mr. Maktabi made the entire process such a smooth sailing - do not know if he really knows everybody or it just looks that way - that I did not want to believe we have tackled the entire bureocratic administration process in such a short time and small efforts.     I rented an apartment in Dubai Marina managed by the company and felt very secure renting a property with them.     My apartment contract was going to expire, I had one month to find a the area I wanted to move into, the apartment and also arrange the full move. I had traveled the entire year and was ready to dig in the apartment search. After finalizing to stay in the Marina, I struggled with unprofessional real estate agents. I was told to visit apartments that was locked, I was miss sent to apartments with false advertisement, even the agents that did show up was just full of nonsense. You know the feeling when you start taking in all the facts after talking with someone and things just dont add up with their story. A friend suggested to visit Exclusive Links, she had used it and knew someone in the company. I step in after 7pm and instantly get help from Elena. She knew exactly what I was looking for and and we reviewed the listings online for maybe 10min and then visited the one she felt was appropriate with the price range and view etc. 24hrs later we locked the deal. This is professionalism. This is makes the real estate agent fee so so worth it. She deserved it 110%. Worked out all the details afterwards, stayed patience with all the hiccups that came along the way. One is that she was very understanding with my UAE visa renewal that happened at the same time as the move. Many thanks to Elena.
