If moving/finding apartment isnt stressful enough, try it over the Christmas/NY period...but massive props to Maryam at High Mark, she was able to fit in around my working hours, kept me updated on particular issues that I mentioned once I had viewed the apartment and made sure that everything was in place on moving day. Look, I know real estate/letting agents get a hard time, especially in this current market but props to Maryam made it way more bearable and smooth (although her opinion on my interior design leaves a lot to be desired)!

I cant rate High Mark highly enough.From my first meeting with Tamara in August she was nothing but helpful in helping me to secure the right studio apartment.When I needed to upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment recently, due to my daughter joining me in Dubai, both Nicola and Tamara were incredibly helpful in ensuring that move was seamless which I really appreciate.Brilliant all round service!

I had a chance to come across and work with Kat and I would like to give her a big shout out. What can I say...genuinely one of the best agents I have come across with, having lived in Dubai for nearly 13 years and dealt with so many agents in renting and buying a property here. I have dealt with a number of agents working with High Mark Real Estate when purchasing and selling apartments in both D1 Tower and Palazzo Versace apartments and have found them to be very well informed, respectful and at all times courteous (Eddie and Bassam specifically). Moreover, I have recently leased an apartment through High Mark and once again I experienced the same care and dedication as before. A special mention to Tamara who helped me with the rental, a delightful lady who is both competent and charming. I also would like to highlight the very impressive General Manager Zeina Khoury who has shown an interest and care during each of my transactions with High Mark during the past 7 years There is simply no other real estate agent in Dubai who is as knowledgeable and well-informed on both D1 Tower and Palazzo Versace apartments as Zeinas team.

In all my travels, Dubai is still the best in terms of services, except for when I started searching for home to settle in. I was shocked that real estate agents never answered, never called back, werent so flexible or helpful here. It was a stressful few weeks until I called High Mark through an advert. I could feel the professionalism from the first conversation with the reception till I moved in and settled down. They were very clear in explaining the process and saved me from lots of stress and loss of funds. They heard my issues and provided innovative solutions, something that none of the other real estate agencies were offering as far as I knew. My consultant Karolina was the best, very accommodating during the viewing, payments and handover and even asked how things were going post handover. Thats some service thats hard to find in a fast moving city. I havent seen people work so hard, juggling multiple tasks at a time to satisfy all their clients, as in this agency. Great job guys and please do keep it up and I will definitely recommend them to anyone renting/buying in Dubai.

The agent who was in charge of my listing was Kat. From the moment I met her, Kat brought an unparalleled positive energy that she maintained throughout the process. She was extremely responsive, and the way she handled the entire process, from origination to deal execution, made me feel as if I was her sole client. She takes the time to create a rapport with her customer and to get to know the property she is selling as if it was her own. Needless to say, she managed to find the right buyer in a quick timeframe. I have already recommended her to a friend who is selling his property, and I highly recommend anyone to contact her to take care of their real estate/housing needs.
