His knowledge and experience of the local property market made the entiree process smooth and efficient. Adil always provided excellent guidance throughout the negotiation and closing stages and ensuring both parties, landlord and me are mutually agreed before any payment being made which is importantly safe for us as the tenant to avoid any risks involving money. I recently sold an appartment through Amandeep, and the support received is unparalleled. He was very prompt with all the requirements and guided us on the process. He was available 24*7 answering all the questions. And accompanied us till the last day of the selling process. All negotiations and follow up on paper work was on him and it was a good decision to take the support of someone who knows the market and his job. Mr asif was handling my office. he rented the office in business bay in 5 days. meanwhile it was 2 months vacant. he finalized everything on the new year eve and gave me the cheques on the 1st. With the overwhelming amount of real estate agents in Dubai, it’s really hard to find the one. I was lucky enough to have met Stanislav who is very knowledgeable, considerate and honest. I am in NY, he is in Dubai, and it was important to have a trustworthy agent who would help me with any questions and issues along the way. I ran into some issues with my payment plan, so Stanislav went to the developer’s office on my behalf multiple times, went above and beyond, I was shocked because I know agents in the US would never do that.If you are planning to buy a property in Dubai, think a few steps ahead, you need an agent who will not only help you buy your place, but also the one who will assist with any questions, be there when you get keys, and then help you rent it out or sell it, if that’s your plan. I cannot recommend Stanislav highly enough. He made my experience as a first time buyer in Dubai smooth and very pleasant!
