We would like to thank Luxury Escapes Vacation Homes for being responsible, responsive and adequate host, especially to Mr. Normy. We had to relocate during night time due to apartment issues (which didn’t depend on the host) and the staff was available even during night time to assist us. They quickly found a solution and helped with next day relocation as well. All phones are easily reachable, staff is welcoming and understanding. The apartments are clean and maintained (we stayed in Discovery Gardens). For minor issues, the team is collaborating. Really recommend!!
