I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Sheetal and her team for helping us sell our apartment in Tamweel tower , JLT about 2 weeks ago. I have bought and sold properties in the past and had mostly good agents helping me, but the experience with Marigold properties has put Sheetal head and shoulders above the rest of the agents for me. I hardly know how to begin since there is so much to say to try to do justice to their amazing service - I thought I would just put it in bullet point format. 1. The day after we talked some time in Oct 2023, about listing my apartment - I got an offer , not too far from my asking price . The next day ! Can you imagine , thats never happened to me before, not even close. The buyer and I couldnt agree ( as well other future buyers ) on the price , which turned out to be a big blessing as market continued to rise until the actual sale two weeks ago.2. Sheetal never tried to twist my arm or apply pressure on me to reduce my price to get the sale done, which of course would have meant a commission for her if the sale went through. No, she cared about me as her client and to try to best meet my criteria for the sale. She of course provided me data points of other properties similar to mine to help me determine where the market was, and as each potential sale did not work out, she maintained a positive attitude that no worries, we will move on to the next buyer.3. From this amazing service mentality on the customer side, I observed amazing collaboration with her and other agents to expand her network of potential buyers for my property, with of course her having to share the commission with the other agent, if the lead was not from her own company. I have had agents who have done this on my previous sales and purchases of property , but I noticed it more with Sheetal than any other agent ive dealt with. ( Did I mention I got an offer for my property very close to my price , the day after we first chatted 😀).4. About 6 months after listing , my family and I moved from Dubai, but I kept coming back and forth every few weeks for business for a few months after that until I finally moved myself.I trusted the apartment to her with my keys and she took care of the place very well with my furniture and various things still inside. There was a period of a few weeks when I was not very contactable and she noticed some mold growing in one part of the house. Even though she could not reach me, she undertook to have the place cleaned and mold removed at her own expense which of course I reimbursed once I came back online and found out about her care for my familys apartment.5. The final sale happened after my Emirates ID had expired. She helped with some information on getting a power of attorney, with trying to help me sell, donate furniture that remained, to find a locksmith when the second lock was inadvertently locked from the inside before the movers moved some furniture from my house ( and I had only left a key with her for the first lock ) . She spent hours trying to sort this out and found someone who got it done without any damage to the door. She helped get emergency approvals from the service company related to my apartment having good relations ( unsurprisingly to me ) with the service providers who look after the tower.6. Lastly, her admin department helped me with getting refunds from Empower and Dewa again as I was out of town and always found anything online a bit of a challenge.For point 5 , I mentioned many things in summary as I have to rush for an appointment , but for each of those things , I could have expanded a lot on her great service to me and my family.Thank you does not seem enough to her for her service. If you have a property to either buy or sell, I cannot recommend Sheetal and the good folks at Marigold enough.
