    We rented a property in Emaar South with the help of Dilon Singh from McCone Properties.Dilon gave us a good mix of professional and personal help wherever we needed. He extended his help when it came to Ejari and transparency of the agreement.The backend team is very vigilant in contracts aswell and had a quick and good experience with them too.There were moments I lost my temper, but Dilon understood my issues well, made me calm, and handled the tasks himself while being patient.Dilon and I connected on personal level too and became friends towards the end of the deal.Will recommend them if you are a tenant for sure.

    I had the pleasure of working with Imogen. The plan changed quite a few times before we found the right apartment, throughout the whole process she was very patient and always got back to me quickly to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. Unlike many other agents, she’s not pushy which I personally appreciate a lot.McCone was also helpful with getting me a mortgage, and the whole process went very smoothly.The only thing I was not completely happy with, was the fact that McCone insisted that I should use a so called conveyance agency to ensure a smooth transaction. Unless there’s factors that complicate things, I don’t really believe it’s necessary. Doesn’t help either that the first conveyance officer I was assigned was not very proactive and good at keeping me updated, after I got assigned another, things did get much better though. Maybe it was also because Imogen was so helpful it didn’t feel like much else help was needed.Overall I’m very happy with McCone, and will definitely use them again for the next project.

    Rico Singh has to be the best agent I have ever dealt with. Had such bad dealings with other agents in other companies and was almost about to give up looking. I came across Rico and reached out and he responded straight away, too man to deal with extremely professional and an all round nice guy. Signed and dealt in the same day. I couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for an easy smooth experience in finding a home.
