I had the pleasure of working with Imogen. The plan changed quite a few times before we found the right apartment, throughout the whole process she was very patient and always got back to me quickly to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. Unlike many other agents, she’s not pushy which I personally appreciate a lot.McCone was also helpful with getting me a mortgage, and the whole process went very smoothly.The only thing I was not completely happy with, was the fact that McCone insisted that I should use a so called conveyance agency to ensure a smooth transaction. Unless there’s factors that complicate things, I don’t really believe it’s necessary. Doesn’t help either that the first conveyance officer I was assigned was not very proactive and good at keeping me updated, after I got assigned another, things did get much better though. Maybe it was also because Imogen was so helpful it didn’t feel like much else help was needed.Overall I’m very happy with McCone, and will definitely use them again for the next project.

I met Lucas my RE Agent on checking out a property in the marina area. He was prompt and communicative. With so many hit & miss properties and agents its easy to be sceptical. I was so reassured when the apt looked like the pictures!. So then I was like, whats the catch here...thankfully there wasnt one. Lucas has been a godsend on my return to Dubai and securing my apartment in the marina. Previously i spent 5 years in Downtown/Old Town and so i was looking forward to finding a great place in the MarinaLucas was on the ball and efficient from the start. Being prompt with answering queries and supporting me thru the rental, contract, ejari and dewa processes making sure I had all the documents I needed. I reached out to Mr. Nicholas Johnson himself on a Thursday afternoon to inquire about a new townhome located in Emaar South. After messaging each other back and forth we scheduled to meet the following morning to review the townhome and the Emaar Community grounds. Mr. Johnson is a British delight. He was on time for our meeting, he gave me a thorough tour of the community, townhome and other properties, he went over my list of requirements and questions that I had prepared, and he was with me every step of the way until the contract was completed.What one broker couldn’t do in 7 months, Mr. Johnson was able to do within 3 business days. I cannot thank him enough for helping me find one of the nicest brand new townhomes with a 18 championship golf course view in the community. Also, since I am new to Dubai Mr. Johnson and his team help setup all my utilities and connected me with contractors regrading landscaping, shower glass installation, internet services and other contractors to complete the process of setting up a new home.I had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Johnson.
