I will add that Joy from Metropolitan went the extra mile to ensure all the deposits I had paid to the property management company had been repaid, after we completed. Since I am non-resident, based in the UK, I very much appreciated her efforts and calls to ensure this, and I highly recommend Metropolitan for selling your property in the UAE.As a non-resident owner, I can highly recommend Metropolitan Real Estate for selling your property in Abu Dhabi.Joy was very quick in responding to my enquiry and was able to quite quickly find a buyer. She was then exceptionally helpful in getting us through the various processes that needed to be completed to finish the sales, especially as I still had a mortgage.All the paperwork was completed, by the time I arrived to sign over (although you can use a POA), and we finished it off in one morning. My thanks to Joy, and the rest of the team there, and, as I said, I very much recommend them.
