    Loved my stay here . The property is well maintained and very safe. I did not spend any time in my room as I was sightseeing the whole time but it has everything you need for your stay: safe, fridge , washing / dryer , kitchen and a large king bed. What makes this property better than any others is the host , Marshall will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need , from getting picked at the airport to finding taxis. She answered within few minutes when asked and she was so kind to help me pick my staff which was not even part of her job. Mashall I cannot thank you enough.

    I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. The neighborhood was quiet but conveniently located near great restaurants, burj khalifa, and transport. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, a stocked kitchen, and local recommendations. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!Thank Mashall for being a great host.

    The check in and check out were extremely fast easy and smooth the management was so kind and responsive & helpful.The place is ranked as top 2 of the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in everything smelled good everything was brand new everything was neat.The location was amazing near by everything and quick to reach to where ever you wanna go to in downtown Dubai.It’s a place I’m definitely hassling them to book it again 😂 I love them.

    We had a great stay at the Ocley Home residence. We had the view of the Burj Khalifa which was breath taking. The room was clean and had all amenities we needed. The location was great. Walking distance to several places including the Dubai Mall. Mashall, our host, was helpful, responsed quickly and very hospitable. Great service!

    From the moment we were received at the apartment by Arnel we had an amazing time. We enjoyed probably our best balcony view from all our stays in Dubai, including stunning sunsets. The facilities include an excellent gym and pool and we look forward to returning again.

    Very nice apartments, we are delighted! A new residential complex, a heated pool, comfortable furniture, and a responsive concierge. Additionally, for any questions, it was possible to contact Mashall if needed. As of early 2025, this area is still relatively new, so there aren’t many places where you can have a full meal, but there are already plenty of stores and coffee shops. I had a great time here and will definitely come back!

    Mashall was super helpful and responsive to all my questions and inquiries. She was able to get the maintenance representatives to fix a clog in the washroom when I needed it tk be done right away. All the instructions she provided were helpful in allowing me to get into the apartment.

    Everything was excellent. However, a few suggestion:1. A single sofa seat in the master bedroom would be good.2. In the shower cubicle of the master bedroom, a tray secured to wall to place shampoo and shower gel is required.Otherwise all facility was great. View of downtown especially the direct view of Burj Khalifa, water feature with fountain and surrounding area was excellent.

    The apartment was very clean and the view was amazing..On the entire Burj Khalifa there is an outdoor seating overlooking the view, and there is a private parking for the apartment in the parking lots. The apartment is located inside the Royal Tower, close to the Dubai Mall, a 7-minute walk. The host’s treatment was very wonderful and fast, and the check-in and check-out were easy and fast - the swimming pool is very wonderful. It is clean and has a view of Burj Khalifa, and there is another area for children’s games

    I totally recommend booking with OcleyHomes !Mashall was available and helpful at every step of our stay from the preparation of our arrival, check in, during our stay, to the check out.The flat was very nice, clean and well furnished. They provided a small pbed and a high chair for our baby.Location is +++, theres a 24/24h supermarket next to the building.Dubai Marina Mall and Marina promenade are also very close (10mn walk)JBR is also not too far (maybe 20/25mn walk)I will book again with OcleyHomes without hesitation.

The situation was incredibly intense as we were on a tight schedule and needed to secure a mortgage quickly. To make matters more complicated, we had to navigate through a sea of other real estate agents who were less than ethical and tried to sabotage the transaction.From the get-go, Saeed took charge of the situation. His ethical conduct and staunch advocacy on my behalf were incredibly reassuring, a refreshing change in a market where agents often seem to serve the sellers who pay their commissions rather than the buyers.     I stayed at Ocley Homes Sports City property for 2 months straight and it has been a great experience for me! The house is clean and neat, it has everything that a person can need for staying long term. Moreover, the location is good and if you have a car everywhere is truly 15-30 min away (Marina, JVC, Palm, Downtown etc). You won’t be experiencing much traffic jam as well.Most importantly, special thanks to Nicole, Christine and especially Arnel for always helping me when in need and being very responsive whenever I text them.You can stay and trust this place with all your heart!

    Absolutely stunning apartment with beautiful finishes and lovely views. The host was very friendly and promptly responsive to all my requests. And I had many requests!🙈 But nothing unreasonable though…😅 The place is central in Business Bay and close to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa & a local supermarket downstairs. Stunning swimming pool plus a great gym and overall great amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would definitely book the apartment again. Great value for money too.🙌🏾

    We stayed at the property Collective Towers 1 Appartment 1301 last week. The apartment was neat and tidy on arrival. Our stay was pleasant without any issues. The communications with the proprietor was prompt. The check in and check out procedures were smooth. The apartment is conveniently located opposite The Dubai Hills Mall and within walking distance to the Dubai Hills Park which is very nice. The Dubai Hills area is in its early stages of development so there is some construction in progress. Would recommend this property for your stay in Dubai.

The location is beautiful and serene, perfect for evening strolls, especially close to Downtown, the airport, and Festival City Mall, making it convenient to travel around Dubai.
