Dubai realtor market always has confused me - we have to do all the hard work of finding the property we like through online portals and just because the agent had property listed we have to pay them a sizeable commission - i.e. pay some one else for zero value creation.That all changed with when we found Zoheb and his team. They took time to understand our requirements, do the background work of what quality projects are worth investing for their clients and showed us selective projects that fit our requirement and budget.
