    Having identified a potential apartment, I left a message on the website, amazingly this was responded too immediately and within a few hours, I had met Anna who introduced me to the owner…. All was agreed swiftly for an amazing apartment and the relationship between Anna and the owner was clear and one of respect… following this Anna then sorted all documents and within 30 hours of me reaching out, the cheques were paid and everyone was happy. I’ve been here for 14 years and this is without question the best service I’ve experienced. If you want customer centric service….     We had been apartment hunting since quite some time, and were able to zero on just the right home with Charlie’s help. He was quick to share and reshare details of units based on the requirements we kept sharing with him, and made sure the units he proposed aligned with our pre requisites.We were just out of a terrible agency experience.
