Worked on sale of a 1 bed in Anantara with Oliver Bean. Oliver is one of them agents in the dubai Realestate market with ethics , professionalism, honesty and transparency (very hard to find such these days).He asked us the expectation , and said he would get a better price. Indeed delivered on his promise in under a months time from listing.Top agents in town offered us the so called “market price” , Oliver never called us with such silly offers but he got us a 200k over the asking price.Was a breeze dealing with him and his firm.

I would like to share my experiences regarding Ms. Sneha (Oakmont). I had 2 renting and 1 purchase partnerships with her. I can not find the right words how i am lucky to find her as a customer. She is great! Specifically 1- She understands what customer wants and find the right alternatives 2-She knows Marina, JBR area very well so she can guide you in the right direction. 3- She works very hard and she is a rapid responder. 4-She has high level of patience when there are challenges. As a summary it is great to work with Ms. Sneha from Oakmont; I strongly suggest the people who are looking purchases in Marina, JBR region especially, please find her :))
