I have purchased few properties through them, if I have to mention DAMAC Lagoon, Avanti and Cove II are the recent properties bought through Muhammad Atif Saleem, Fair Deals have been made, he him self is a wonderful person, I don’t think anyone I know from the long list I have on my phone of the real state agents could be better then him, Atif is always in touch and keep me updated with my properties as well as the market scenario, as a investor I have never made a transaction in loss but in decent profits. I would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome Atif was throughout the entire unit in Seslia (JVT) purchase process. From the work he did prior to the exploratory trip to Dubai, great communication during the search, timely ongoing communication, and then most importantly through the site visit and closing process. Hes a true pro. If you are moving to Dubai--there is only one realtor to use--and that is Atif of Real Tree Properties. He pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our purchase process. Ill never use another realtor and neither should you. His greatest attribute, is he listens and then asks thought-provoking questions which insures you get what you really want.
