    I was introduced to Squareyards through one of my friends a few years back and since then it has been a pleasant journey so far as my investments in real estate are concerned. Fortunately for me, Squareyards appointed Mr Raju Gupta as my CRM. As an NRI, its very important for me to have someone there who would take care of my interests and ensure that necessary actions are taken promptly. Especially when dealing in such high-value investments, it is more important to have peace of mind so that I can concentrate on my work and not be worried about whats happening with my investments thats located thousands of miles away from me. Having a responsive CRM is all the more important because most investments are not located in your hometown so even when you are visiting home once a year, its not compulsory to visit the location of your investments. In my case, Mr Raju Gupta, took care of all my requirements in terms of getting my queries clarified acting as a bridge between the investor and the developer. He is just a phone call away- considering the time-zone difference he is always available irrespective of the hour of the day. Going beyond the call of duty, many a times I have experienced his problem-solving approach and keeping interest of the investor before the interests of squareyards or himself.     My relationship with squareyards is for more than 2.5 years now and so far I am satisfied with my engagement except the fact that even being an existing customer, I get calls from multiple agents from the same organization with sometimes same or similar proposal. However this would be worth to mention that my RM (Mr. Ashish K) has been extremely helpful and professional and always beeing prompt and responsive.
