    We initially thought buying a property is possible only for celebrities before we interact with Mr. Madan Raj Kannan, MD of SRM International LLC.     When I was thinking on how to start an investment in Dubai I came across SRM international from YouTube videos. I had a wonderful experience in talking to Madhanraj the founder himself .     Am based in UK and when I was looking for my 1st property investment in dubai I came across SRM International Real Estate on a youtube channel. I had an amazing experience from the very 1st phone call with Mr Mathan Raj the MD of the company. He was very friendly, polite and a very knowledgeable person. Hes an experienced person on the real estate field in dubai. He knew exactly what type of property to invest and the prime locations of dubai where you will be expecting the future growth in prices and good return on your investment. I decided to go on a 4 day trip to dubai to see the locations myself. Mr Mathan Raj & his wife Usha took me around all the prime locations where the off plan developments are going to come and showed me everything around that locations. Also they showed me the best payment plan available for my purchase and the right property to invest in a prime location. I had no hesitation to put a deposit down for a 1 bed apartment in JVT area straight away after the tour with them.     I had recently purchased a property in Dubai with help of Mr.Madan Raj SRM International real estate. I wanted to share my personal experience so that it will be helpful for others. Before I had contacted him, I had seen some of the youtube interview videos of Mr. Madan. In one of his interviews taken in malaysia, I got to know about the initial days of his career(working as a credit card sales representative) and that covid was the turning point in his life which made him venture into real estate market in dubai. I would highly recommend anyone to watch his interviews regarding the advantages of investing in dubai.Also got to know that SRM are the leading Tamil real estate brokerage firm in Dubai who help to buy, manage and sell property in dubai. Myself residing in singapore, wanted to invest in some property back in India intially. But after weighing in the pros and cons of investing in dubai, I got a clear point that investing in Dubai would fetch me more returns and that too particularly through help from SRM international, it was a more appealing option. I got Mr. Madans phone number from their company website and texted him. He had scheduled for a zoom call to discuss regarding the ongoing projects and my budget requirements. During the zoom call, I had bombarded him with a lot of questions :) . He was so patient enough to answer each and every question(both silly as well as hard questions). Since myself and Madan Raj both are from Madurai, we eventually had developed a brother to brother bond. It is typical that madurai-ans are well known for their hospitality, affection and care for others but what makes Madan bro stand out is that even though he is the director of a company, he is still down to earth and very responsive.I would say, beyond shadow of a doubt anyone can invest in property which Madan anna recommends. You can have this trust because I dont think anyone in real estate market can give guaranteed rental yield for their investment. Their recommendations are based on various factors like road connectivity, nearby malls, family friendly environment, metro connectivity, view from the house and many others. On a funny note, there is a tamil movie called samudram in which sarath kumar says Anne sonna thambi kekanum. The same goes for me as well Madan anna :). Also I had planned to take a site visit for which the hotel booking, visa, food and transportation expenses were borne by them. Also in order to check the ongoing project status, he told me about a dubai government based real estate app called Dubai Rest. This mobile application is an one stop solution for all the dubai real estate based services like checking the current project status, licensed brokerage firms, licensed broker details, licensed developers, land/apartement/villa details, Title deed certificate, booking receipt and many others. Also there is another website for Dubai land department from which we can also know any details related to dubai real estate. As their company motto says we grow together, they really stick to their motto. I would strongly recommend SRM international real estate to anyone who wants to invest in dubai. I would like to thank Madan anna and his teamfor guiding me in this process and I hope they help many others as well. I wish them all success.
