I was in fact new to Dubai and approaching a property sounded Greek and Latin to me. Fortunately, I came across Burhan from stone House and later Samir from the same team through my friend who strongly recommended me to meet them.He had recently purchased a property with them and heard a lot about the bond he developed beyond being the consultant to the property. I was fortunate to meet them just to get a general idea about properties in Dubai for the first day and ended up purchasing a property the next day.
