This is not the first time that I have turned to TEKCE for help and I always receive excellent service, professional advice and solutions to my questions in the best possible way. When I needed an apartment in Dubai, I knew who to contact. Ms. Talifa first consulted me remotely, found out what I needed and selected several options. Then I flew to Dubai myself, where we visited several sites together, talked to developers, looked at examples of finished apartments, calculated the economics and chose the option that was needed.I am very pleased with the deal and am looking forward to the completion of the property. I would like to thank Mr. Bayram bey Tekce and Ms. Talifa hanım Rakhmatova for their assistance in Dubai. This is not my first experience of cooperation with TEKCE. Before that, I was delighted with our transactions in Turkey. I am glad to see that the company also keeps the bar at the highest level in Dubai. I am very pleased with how Ms. Talifa hanım found a 3BR apartment on a high floor with a magnificent view of Bluewaters Island, Ain Dubai, Palm Jumeriah, JBR Address and Dubai Marina that perfectly matched my criteria. In a building built in 2021 in an ideal location. The renovation and furnishings of the apartment were excellent. As in previous times in Turkey, Ms. Talifa hanım did not disappoint in Dubai either. All the necessary formalities were carried out so quickly that a week after the final selection of the apartment, I received the Title Deed and a couple of days later I moved into my apartment. With just cosmic speed, Mrs. Talifa Hanim helped to buy the necessary things for the apartment, get Emirates ID and open a bank account in the bank of my choice, and also get a local drivers license. I am still in shock from such hyper-speeds. Thank you very much Mr. Bayram Bey and Mrs. Talifa Hanim!
