Thank you Mr. Bayram bey Tekce and Ms. Talifa hanım Rakhmatova for another help already in Dubai. This is not my first experience of cooperation with TEKCE. Before that, I admired our deals in Turkey. I am glad to see that in Dubai the company also keeps the bar at the highest level. I am very pleased with how Ms. Talifah Hanim found a 3BR apartment on a high floor that perfectly suited my criteria with magnificent views of Bluewaters Island, Ain Dubai, Palm Jumeriah, JBR Address and Dubai Marina. The building was built in 2021 in an ideal location. The renovation and furnishings of the apartments were excellent. As in previous times in Turkey, Ms. Talifa Hanim did not disappoint in Dubai. All the necessary formalities were carried out so quickly that within a week after the final choice of apartments I received the Title Deed and a couple of days later I moved to live in my apartment. Simply with cosmic speed, Ms. Talifa Khanim helped me purchase the necessary things for the apartment, obtain an Emirates ID and open a bank account in the bank of my choice, as well as obtain a local driver’s license. Im still shocked by such hyper-speeds. Thank you very much Mr. Bayram Bey and Mrs. Talifa Hanim!
