    We used The Urban Nest in June this year to purchase a townhouse in Tilal al Ghaf in what was/still is a fast moving market.Shereen, who was recomended to us, was outstanding and went above and beyond. She was exteemely knowledgeable and at any point in the process where there was a holdup or query knew exactly what to do and handle things swiftly.Shereen gave us sound honest advice throughout the purchase including securing the purchase on a beautiful plot, liaising multiple times a dy with the developer to push things through, providing assistant woth the contracts and help when we had difficulties dealing with certain banks.This wasnt our first purchase in Dubai but Shereen was headd and shoulders above previous and other real estate agents. It is clear she is passionate and wants what is best for you as a client rather than a quick sale.A special mention goes out to Elizabeth Healy from Vision conveyancing who came recomended by Shereen.
