The building primarily houses offices, and theres a coffee shop on-site. Several restaurants and grocery stores are also easily accessible nearby. You can reach the tower by metro or by driving.

    Superb towerAwesome managementI don’t know how can i express my happiness about tiffany management. They are providing very good facilities in our mosque. I never see this type of mosque facilities and services in my entire dubai life. Really outstanding and very good for us.Thank you so much Tiffany management🥰👌

    The water in the center of these skyscrapers is lovely. I enjoy it there, especially in evening. Although it is an excellent site to visit because it contains both companies and residents, I would advise you to go there and just take it all in.

    The best thing about this is that the masjid in the basement provides iftaar for more than 1400 people per day. And the management is really nice.

    The building sure is Great that you may already see.The location may be difficult to find for those who are new here so what you need to do is that when you are out of the train go to the left exit (your left by facing the direction of the train) and than go straight and you will see a mini lake and on the other side of that you will see the building. to go there you have to go around the lake.

    Outstanding exterior design. Elevator system is not efficient or not designed for the current passenger traffic. It takes up to 15-20 minutes to get upstairs or downstairs during the rush time. Parking issues.
