First class service from Jake Ritchie!! Highly recommend him as a real estate broker. We were first buyers in Dubai and finding the market really frustrating and challenging dealing with multiple brokers for the same units. We were let down so many times for viewings etc and were considering giving up all together. However all that changed as soon as met Jake. This guy was so professional, and his knowledge of the properties, community and area was phenomenal. He was always available regardless of what time or day it was and we had constant communication with him. He’s a really honest hardworking agent and helped us find our first dream home. I will 100% be using him again for all our real estate needs. I also want to give a shout out to Joana, who supported with the conveyancing who was awesome throughout. Anton Qubrosi recently handled the sale of my villa in Green Community, Dubai. I actually called him as although wed never met, Id been impressed with the honesty and helpfulness of postings hed made on community social media. He wasnt selling his services, as most agents do, but just providing useful insights and general advice. After that he handled my property sale brilliantly. He advised me frankly and accurately on pricing and strategy. Viewings were quick, and the villa sold to the most suitable buyer at the price I wanted. Anton then attended to every single detail through to final completion, keeping me 100% informed and always chipping in personal perceptions and extra info so I was totally comfortable with the process despite the inevitable curved-balls thrown up by others. Moreover, he simultaneously handled finding an apartment for my stepson (who was obliged to make the big step as the family house hed grown up in was being sold!). He did this with equal energy and skill and that transaction also completed with minimal aggravation, again despite failings and delays by other less competent parties.Overall Anton did a fantastic job. I cannot recommend him enough.

The 5 stars is fully to one of the agents named Connor, who has been incredibly helpful in helping us deal with an unfortunate and very inconvenient situation. While we never ended up renting with this agency due to a landlord failing to clear service charges (and to date the landlord has not refunded the security deposit), Connor was very helpful, patient and supportive in doing everything in his power. Will definitely recommend him as an agent, and to the agency a kind request: please ensure units that are blocked by the Land Department should not be given to view - again this may be a misunderstanding but it has caused a very inconvenient situation and money lost. That said, we appreciate the professional approach in handling what may end up as a potential legal dispute.

We rented a house in Town Square (Hayat Community) through Leigh Wilmot.After several attempts to view the community with other agencies which resulted in no show agent / keys at security / house is open let yourselves in we reached out to Leigh, and we were delighted to find him waiting for us when we arrived. He was smart, punctual, and knowledgeable as well as a community resident Himself. Leigh even took us to his own personal house to show us how the layout looked with furniture in it.If you want to live in Town Square dont bother with anyone else!Leigh is Mr Town Square.
