We have been everting for the last 2,5 years via white and co. For the last year Wunna has been our point of contact who is always willing to assist as best as he can. He is very prompt at getting back to us (even when not in the office or on vacation) and we appreciate him being able to chase the maintenance teams and prioritize us when we have maintenance emergencies.It’s great to have a happy tenant platform but as we are renting an old villa, many maintenance issues arise and some are urgent. It would be great to have a number to call and be able to escalate things quickly, when for example, a burst pipe is flooding the villa rather than escalate a case and wait for someone to get back to us, especially on a weekend.
