I lived in their building and found them to be a reliable, honest, and professional real estate company. The maintenance s really good. They are a bit strict, but that reflects their commitment to maintaining standards. They are also very organized in the paper work.I truly recommend them.

After a decade of living at Ateek Tower 2, I can confidently say its a fantastic place to reside. The building is always well-maintained, and the managers expertise is clearly evident. I truly appreciate the professionalism of Mr. Asif in security, who always ensures a safe environment. Lastly, the office staff, particularly Mr. Safi and Mr. Hamza, are incredibly polite and professional, making every interaction a pleasure. Highly recommend!

You have been the best landlord from the way you fondly treated my family and I. You always made sure to respond promptly to problems at the house and provided the best services. We were very comfortable, and we cant thank you enough.I am writing this to express my warmest appreciation to you as my landlord. My two years in sharjah were enjoyable and comfortable as your apartment provided for me a home away from home. The apartment is very cozy and spacious, and the utilities never failed me,It is sad for me to have to leave your apartment but my new job requires me to move to dubai. I am having a very positive feedback about this real estate & there is no deposit or commission to be paid , maintenance is very good & on time , very clean building . The office staff are very Coperative keep us posted if there is any hike or decrease in rent.Nice place to stay with family & it is very secured & safe.
