    Well maintained and hassle free to stay. I strongly recommend Bin Ham Properties! The only issue I found with them is if one wants to break the tenancy contract usually others charge 1 or sometimes 2 months rent as penalty but these people demand 3 months 😱

    My Sweet Home in this building which has spacious apartments with Nice View of Al Mamzar Creek and Etihad Road on both sidewith all amenities like Covered Parking, Swimming Pool, Zym both separate For ladies and Gents and Tenis Court. Having Big Park for Children Play Area and Football, volleyball and Basketball Courts Separately. Really Nice 3 Towers Building
