I recently bought a property via Cherry and Ijaz and Bits Real Estate. They were extremely professional through out the process and were able to hunt down several options for me. They also had specialist knowledge in the community areas that I had shortlisted and eventually were able to find me a better than market deal which I ended up closing with them. Subsequent to the property purchase, they continued to follow up with me for any support that I needed with the developer, maintenance etc which was very kind of them. Many thanks to Mr. Tarun Kumar, and his professional approach in finding my apartment. A great follow up he did with the landlords until my contract is signed. Most important thing is I believe the eligibility to reach. Whenever I called or texted, I got my response within no more than 5 minutes. This is impossible nowadays with other brokers or real estate agents in Dubai. He is superfast. A polite and very sensitive broker at his job. Highly recommend.
