Rented 1 bedroom apartment with parking and gym for 1 month in ASAK building near Matajer Al Khan. Moved into a slightly dirty apartment but it was new as the building. Moved out without any problems, security deposit was returned minus DEWA and cleaning. I haven’t seen the bill for the DEWA but it seemed to be true. Mohamed was my manager - nice person, helped with inspection of two apartments before moving in.

The best office Ive dealt with is (Noor Al Amal) office. I got an apartment from them in Beach Tower 2. Its a very clean apartment and the office treated the tenant in a respectful and elegant manner. Honestly, Al Maktab Dot is one of the best offices I have been to because Al Maktab Dot is as if they deal with people who are like brothers to them and they help everyone. If you need something, they do it for you. They don’t tell you anything, no, or anything. If something breaks, they fix it for you. They don’t tell you to pay for it. No, you fix it. They are the ones who fix it. Other than that, this is a very successful company and the people there are all respectable people. I thank them for cooperating with me all the time. I have been living with them for more than seven months.
