Ruby, our agent, has been an absolute star!Her professional approach and supportive attitude allowed us to achieve a smooth transition for our company management.I must also note the post-service support which Ruby had done after tenancy is signed. Most agents forget the tenant exists once they get a comission. Ruby, however, supported us with answers to all out questions and even with some maintenance requirements once we moved in, helping navigate through issues faced efficiently between us and the owner :)Now that is truly the real estate experience that everyone should look for in Dubai!Thank you Ruby :)))

This was the first home my wife and I moved into together when we got married a little over 4 years ago and it has been nothing short of amazing!We were one of the buildings first tenants and we have had a great relationship with Real Homes and Mehmood and the other agents, they have always been very accommodating and quick to resolve any issues weve had, which were barely any.The building is well maintained, clean and the maintenance team were always very helpful if we needed even small things fixed.All round was a great experience living at Tasmeer Residence and we really felt like we were able to call it home for the four years we lived there and not just a rented house. Thank you to Mehmood and the wonderful team at Real Homes Real Estate.

I had a great experience. The first honest agents I have come across in 10 years in Dubai. I did a short term rental for a few months through Mahmood Adamje, and they fulfilled all requirements and did a deposit return within a week of me leaving. So impressed and highly recommend them!

Not sure what are the issues faced for the tenant on the previous review.However i have to say that mr Mehmood its a great agent, always available at any time.He helped me on each steps with patience and professionalism.Building is clean constantly with a great maintenance guy.Security always on place.Units must say that are 1 of the largest unit available in jvc with a fair market price.Spent a great time here.

I am a new tenant at one of the buildings they manage in JVC, if I want to summarize my experience in one sentence it would be (A hustle free experience) and by far they are best realstate agency I dealt with here in the UAE, they are honest and decent; starting from the pictures of the studio I saw in the calssifieds, total transperancy when it came to fees and deposits, the agent I signed with Mehmood is available 24 hours 7 days a week to answer my questions and even went out if his way to lend me a hand with tips and advise while moving in to my unit. The building I am at is managed by them, and its always clean and well secured.
